Delete your OneSelf account

OneSelf is an app made by HumanityBots, Inc.

Uninstalling OneSelf from your phone does not delete your account or your information. Your information stays stored so you can sign in again on a new phone. If you want it deleted, use one of the two ways below.

The quickest way: in the app

1. Open OneSelf and sign in.
2. Go to the Me tab and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Delete Account, tap Continue, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account and everything in it are deleted immediately and permanently.

Without the app: send us a request

If you no longer have the app, fill in this form. We will email you to confirm the request came from you, and once you confirm, we will delete your account and everything in it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in, your profile and onboarding answers, mood check-ins, Journey progress, notes and voice notes, Behavior log, schedule, Vault documents and their summaries, Cleo conversations and summaries, and your Community posts, comments, likes, reports and blocks.

What we keep, and for how long

• Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, then it is gone.
• Emails you have exchanged with our support team, including this request, are kept for two years, then deleted.
• Reports other members made about content you posted are kept without your name, so we can keep the community safe.
• Anything the law requires us to keep.
