We are a behavior change company that happens to build technology.
Here is what that means, and how we work.
Behavior changes when context changes.
Behavioral science tells us that people change what they do when the context around them changes, including the cues that remind them, the friction that slows them down, the defaults they fall into, and the shape of the day itself. When the environment is designed for failure, people fail. When it is designed for success, the "hard" things become the easiest ones to do.
We focus on the gap between intentions and actions. Small changes in environment, like a reminder that arrives when you're actually near the phone, or a safety device that acts without being asked, lead to big changes in life.
Our work draws on decades of research in behavioral science, clinical psychology, and human-centered design.
One system, two layers.
Software understands.
The software layer is about intelligence and cognitive offloading. We build AI applications that read context, voice systems that reduce the friction of typing, and platforms that carry the weight of scheduling and coordination. Imagine reminders that adapt to your mood, agents that can coordinate care partners, and companions that know exactly when to speak and when to stay quiet.
Hardware acts.
The hardware layer is where intelligence meets the physical world. Some challenges cannot be solved with a notification. We build IoT devices for safety and assistive robotics for mobility. The physical world is where many of the most important moments happen, like a fall, a struggle to walk, or a forgotten door, and they often happen when a person is alone or stressed.
How we decide what to build.
A real behavior, a real stakes.
We only work on behaviors where the gap between intention and action has a real cost to health, to families, and to dignity.
A testable change.
We design for a change we can measure: a medication taken, a fall avoided, a caregiver who slept, a walk that happened.
A human who was heard.
Every product begins with the person whose life is supposed to get better. If we can't describe their day in specific terms, we are not ready to build.
We are small on purpose. Depth over surface area.
